Moroccan Habibi Hash
Moroccan Habibi Hash
Moroccan hash, also known as habbi bih or Habibi, is a potent form of cannabis made from the resin of the plant. In Morocco, it comes in many varieties: some are crystal-like, others are a goopy black color (known locally as “marijuana”), and still others have a more leafy texture (referred to as “herb”).
If you’re familiar with hash made in other regions of the world, you might be surprised by how different Moroccan hash is. While some types of hash are manufactured using solvents like butane to extract the cannabinoids from the plant material, habbibi hash is made by collecting the resin in its natural state—it’s literally dipped off of the cannabis buds that are then pressed into slabs that can be smoked or vaporized. After it dries out, it’s pressed into bricks, which can be broken up and rolled into joints or used for dabbing.
As a result of this process, Moroccan has tends to have a much higher THC content than marijuana found elsewhere—the THC levels can reach as high as 55 percent in some samples! That makes Moroccan hash one of the most potent forms of cannabis on Earth. It also tends to be
- Side effects are strong
- Good smoking and relaxing high
- THC value is high
- Effective for anxiety and depression
- Has anti-inflamatory and pain relieving properties
The high THC content of this weed hash may effectively combat chronic pain and nausea, so you can be more productive during the day and better relax once your to-do list is crossed off. If you’re looking for a way to unwind after a long week, Habibi’s strong effects could help you go from frazzled to mellow.
Storing hash is easy. You should keep it in a container that protects it from light and oxygen in a place that is dry and cool.
Storing Moroccan Pressed Hash – Habibi
You can store hash at room temperature (70 to 80 degrees F) or refrigerate it for up to a year. It’s not necessary to freeze your hash, but if you do freeze it, you can keep it frozen for years. Don’t worry about damaging the THC content by freezing and unfreezing; the THC is pretty durable.
It’s not toxic, so you don’t have to worry about destroying the potency, but don’t store your hash in an airtight container because prolonged exposure to air causes oxidation, which affects both color and potency.
Moroccan Pressed Hash – Habibi can be kept in a glass mason jar or storage container with an airtight seal. Use a dark colored storage container as light can cause some deterioration over time—especially if you live in a sunny area.
